Lucas County Recorder's Office News
The Lucas Co. Recorder's office has military records going back to the Civil War for those who filed a copy of their discharge papers with the county. All residents who are veterans should file a copy of their DD-214 discharge papers with the Recorder's Office.
In addition, the Recorder's office has all deeds, releases, and mortgages from 1985 to the present available online. If these requests are funneled through your township Trustees, the copies will be provided at no cost.
