hearing was opened by Chairperson Ed Snyder at 7:16 P.M. for application
for zoning change from A-Agricultural to C-4 Highway Commercial for
property located at 12020 Airport Highway. Motion was made to set
the Public Hearing for September 10 at 7:16 P.M. and to ratify the
transmission of the application to the LCPC by Dave Smithers seconded
by Joe Zielinski. The vote was: Ed Snyder - Yes, Sandy Komisarek
- Yes, Becky Ziviski - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski -
Yes. Motion carried.
