The
meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ed Snyder at 7:04 P.M.
Roll was taken. A motion was made by Dave Smithers to accept the
minutes from the regular Swanton Township Zoning meeting of July
16, 2007as amended; seconded by Sandy Komisarek. The vote was: Ed
Snyder - Yes, Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Becky Ziviski - Abstained, Dave
Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes. Motion carried. Motion was made
by Dave Smithers to accept the minutes from the Public Hearing on
July 16, 2007 as amended; seconded by Joe Zielinski. The vote was:
Ed Snyder - Yes, Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Becky Ziviski - Abstained,
Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes. Motion carried.
The
Swanton Township Zoning regular meeting was suspended at 7:16P.M.
to address the Public Hearing Z33-C128. Meeting resumed at 7:18 P.M.
Old
Business: Zoning members were given a draft of the first 17
pages of the Township Land Use Plan by Ed Snyder and Sandy Komisarek.
They were asked to review the draft.
New
Business: None.
Motion
was made by Dave Smithers to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 P.M.; seconded
by Joe Zielinski. The vote was: Ed Snyder - Yes, Sandy Komisarek
- Yes, Becky Ziviski - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski -
Yes. Motion carried.
