SWANTON TOWNSHIP PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING ZONING CHANGE OF PARCELS LOCATED AT 11850, 11900, 11910, 11920 AIRPORT HIGHWAY MAY 7, 2007

MEMBERS PRESENT:	Ed Snyder, Sandy Komisarek, Ron Grant, Dave Smithers, Joe Zielinski, Becky Ziviski - Alternate

MEMBERS ABSENT:	None

VISITORS PRESENT:	2 people signed: Mary Solomon, Rick Rahmr

The hearing was opened by Chairperson Ed Snyder at 7:15 P.M. for application for zoning change from A-Agricultural to C-4 at 11850, 11900, 11910, 11920 Airport Highway by NDA Properties, LLC, owner - Rick Rahm. No answer has been received from the LCPC as of this date. Mr. Rick stated the hearing will be held at the June 2007 LCPC meeting.

Motion was made by Dave Smithers to continue the Public Hearing until July 16, 2007 at 7:15 P.M.; seconded by Ron Grant. The vote was: Ed Snyder - Yes, Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Dave Smithers to adjourn the Public Hearing at 7:17 P.M.; seconded by Ron Grant. The vote was: Ed Snyder - Yes, Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes. Motion carried. Motion carried.
