Zoning Minutes 4-09-2007

SWANTON TOWNSHIP ZONING REGULAR MEETING APRIL 9, 2007

MEMBERS PRESENT:	Ed Snyder, Dave Smithers, Joe Zielinski

MEMBERS ABSENT:	Sandy Komisarek, Ron Grant, Becky Ziviski - Alternate

VISITORS PRESENT:	8 people signed: Cindy Irmen, Dennis Tippie, Julie Tippie, Cliff Jarvis, Sig Jarvis, Stacie Baumbarger, Karen Rahm, Gary Heinemann - Zoning Inspector

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ed Snyder at 7:00 P.M. Roll was called. A motion was made by Dave Smithers to waive reading of the minutes from the regular Swanton Township Zoning meeting of March 12, 2007 and accept as presented; seconded by Joe Zielinski. The vote was: Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes. Motion carried.

Old Business: Ed Snyder indicated that the Zoning Commission is continuing to wait for the maps from the LCPC for the proposed 20A overlay.

New Business: Zoning Inspector, Gary Heinemann, announced that there is a meeting regarding the N-Viro Soil at the Lucas County Health Department Thursday, April 12, 2007. There was no other New Business.

Motion was made by Dave Smithers to adjourn the regular meeting at 7:15 P.M.; seconded by Joe Zielinski. The vote was: Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes. Motion carried.
