VISITORS PRESENT:
The
meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ed Price at 6:03 P. M.
The minutes of the November 6, 2006 meeting were read. Motion was
made by Ed Price to approve the minutes as read and seconded by John
Ilsley. The vote was: Ed Price - Yes, Randy Guinn - Yes, Jon Ilsley
- Yes, Jim Weber - Yes. Motion carried.

Business: Trustee
Jim Irmen was present and reported that the Trustees had approved
the appointment of Jim Weber as a BZA member rather than the alternate.
There will be an alternate appointed by the Trustees by the May 21,
2007 meeting. Mr. Irmen also reported on a zoning basics meeting
he attended and wondered if the BZA members might be interested in
attending if he is able to arrange a program for the Swanton Township
Board members. All of the members indicated that they would attend.
Motion
was made by Ed Price to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 P.M., seconded
by Jon Ilsley. The vote was: Ed Price - Yes, Randy Guinn - Yes, Jon
Ilsley - Yes, Jim Weber - Yes. Motion carried.
