The meeting was opened by Chairperson
Sandy Komisarek at 7:00 P.M. A motion was made by Ed Snyder to waive
reading of the minutes from the regular Swanton Township Zoning meeting
of November 20, 2006 and accept as amended, and seconded by Joe Zielinski.
The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes,
Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes. Motion carried.

Business: There was none
Discussion
was had concerning the dumping of “biofill” at the site
of the old quarry. Trustee, Jim Irmen, said the Trustees are watching
this closely. Gary Heinemann
clarified
some questions Sandy Komisarek had concerning follow up and enforcement
of the motions and resolutions made by the Zoning Board.
