The meeting was opened by Chairperson
Sandy Komisarek at 7:00 P.M. A motion was made by Ed Snyder to waive
reading of the minutes from the regular Swanton Township Zoning meeting
of October 9, 2006 and the Public Hearing Regarding Request to Amend
Existing Special Use Permit - 12660 Archbold-Whitehouse Road, Bittersweet
Farms Ref Z 33-C126 of October 9, 2006 and approve as written and seconded
by Ron Grant. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes,
Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Becky Ziviski - Yes. Motion carried.
New
Business: Discussion was had regarding the Zoning Board’s
meeting schedule for the year 2007. Motion was made by Ed Snyder
to adopt the meeting schedule for the Swanton Township Zoning Board
as follows:

5/7/07 11/5/07
6/4/07 12/3/07 at 7:00 P.M.

Business: Ed Snyder said that he had spoken to Molly Maguire regarding
the proposed Land Use Plan Update and she assured him it should be
done by the end of this calendar year. A Public Hearing will be set
at the December 18, 2007 meeting.
Sandy Komisarek brought up her concern that no one appears to be enforcing the motions and resolutions that are made in the Zoning meetings. Dave Smithers suggested that the Trustees be reminded of the recommendations and asked to reinforce this.

was made by Dave Smithers to adjourn the meeting at 7:32 P.M., seconded
by Ed Snyder. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes,
