SWANTON TOWNSHIP ZONING REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 9, 2006
MEMBERS PRESENT:	Sandy Komisarek, Ed Snyder, Dave Smithers
MEMBERS ABSENT:	Ron Grant,  Joe Zielinski, Becky Ziviski
VISITORS PRESENT:	3 people signed: Dennis Tippie, Julie Tippie, Mark Shambarger
The meeting was opened by Chairperson Sandy Komisarek at 7:00 P.M. A motion was made by Dave Smithers to waive reading of the minutes from the regular Swanton Township Zoning meeting of September 11, 2006 and the Public Hearing Regarding Request to Amend Existing Special Use Permit - 12660 Archbold-Whitehouse Road, Bittersweet Farms Ref Z 33-C126 of September 11, 2006 and approve as written and seconded by Ed Snyder. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes. Motion carried.
New Business: Sandy Komisarek announced that all Zoning members and the secretary have been approved to attend a workshop on planning and zoning in North West Ohio on 11/15/06 from 8:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Attendees will need to pay the cost upfront and the township will reimburse.
Old Business: None
Motion was made by Dave Smithers to close the regular township meeting at 7:15 P.M. and was seconded by Ed Snyder. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes. Motion carried.
