VISITORS PRESENT:
The
meeting was called to order by Chairperson Sandy Komisarek at 7:06
P.M. A motion was made by Dave Smithers to accept the minutes from
the July 17, 2006 meeting as amended and seconded by Ed Snyder. The
vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes,
Becky Ziviski - Yes. Motion carried.
Discussion was had concerning the
condition of the old Adams Oil property and Gary Heinemann reported
that the new owners had agreed to have the grass cut by next Saturday.
Gary Heinemann also confirmed that a sign was placed on the property
of Bittersweet Farms indicating that a zoning change was being requested.
Motion was made by Dave Smithers
to close the regular township meeting at 7:14 P.M. and was seconded
by Ed Snyder. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes,
Dave Smithers - Yes, Becky Ziviski - Yes. Motion carried.
