The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Sandy Komisarek at 7:03 P.M. A motion was made by Dave Smithers to waive reading of the minutes of the June 19, 2006 Zoning Meeting and accept them as presented and seconded by Joe Zielinski. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes, Becky Ziviski - Yes. Motion carried.
 
New Business: Members were presented with an “Application for Zoning Map Change” request from Bittersweet, Inc.. Motion was made by Joe Zielinski to send the Zoning Amendment and Site Plan to the LCPC for approval, seconded by Sandy Komisarek. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes, Becky Ziviski - Yes. Motion carried. Dave Smithers moved to set a Public Hearing on 8/14/06 at 7:30 P.M. for the Bittersweet Farms request to be heard, seconded by Ed Snyder. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes, Becky Ziviski - Yes. Motion carried.
 
Old Business: The Land Use Plan was discussed and changes were made and land uses were colored into a draft map. A motion was made by Dave Smithers to submit the revised Land Use Plan to the LCPC, recommend that they update all maps and charts, and set a Public Hearing for the 20A Overlay District Plan on 8/14/06 at 7:15 P.M., seconded by Ed Snyder. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes, Becky Ziviski - Yes. Motion carried.
 
Sandy Komisarek asked if any signs had been obtained for property owners to put on the property indicating that they were requesting a status change. She said she would get with the Zoning Inspector to see about this as one needs to put at the Bittersweet Farms location. She also indicated that she would contact the Zoning Inspector to see about the old Adams Oil property and the overgrowth of the weeds being a nuisance violation.
