Zoning Minutes 4-10-2006

SWANTON TOWNSHIP ZONING REGULAR MEETING APRIL 10, 2006

MEMBERS PRESENT:	Sandy Komisarek, Ed Snyder, Dave Smithers

MEMBERS ABSENT:	Ron Grant, Joe Zielinski

VISITORS PRESENT:	8 people signed: Chet Sadowski, Mike Uhl, Al Mackey, Ryan Mackey, Elizabeth Kantner, Richard Giddens, Jim Nowak, Gary Heinemann

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Sandy Komisarek at 7:03 P.M. Roll was called. A motion was made by Ed Snyder to waive reading of the minutes and to accept as submitted. Seconded by Dave Smithers. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Ed Snyder at 7:15 P.M. to suspend the regular meeting and open the Public Hearing regarding the proposed overlay of U.S. 20A. Seconded by Dave Smithers. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Ed Snyder to adjourn the regular meeting at 8:10 P.M. and was seconded by Dave Smithers. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes. Motion carried.
