Zoning Minutes 2-13-2006

SWANTON TOWNSHIP ZONING REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 13, 2006

MEMBERS PRESENT:	Sandy Komisarek, Ed Snyder, Dave Smithers, Joe Zielinski

MEMBERS ABSENT:	Ron Grant

VISITORS PRESENT:	2 people signed: Jim Irmen, Dennis Tippie

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Sandy Komisarek at 7:00 P. M. Minutes from the January 13, 2006 meeting were read. Motion was made by Dave Smithers to approve the minutes as read and seconded by Ed Snyder. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes. Motion carried.

New Business: None.

Old Business: Regarding the Land Use Plan, Sandy Komisarek questioned whether the preface still needed to be redone. The members felt it just needed to indicate the reason the update was done.

Motion was made by Dave Smithers to adjourn the meeting at 7:21 P.M. and seconded by Ed Snyder . The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Joe Zielinski - Yes. Motion carried.
