VISITORS PRESENT:
The
meeting was called to order by Chairperson Sandy Komisarek at 7:02
P. M. Minutes from the December 12, 2005 meeting were read. Motion
was made by Ed Snyder to approve the minutes as read and seconded by
Ron Grant. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave
Smithers - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes. Motion carried.
New Business: Ed Snyder nominated
Sandy Komisarek as the Chairperson for the Zoning Board for the calendar
year 2006, seconded by Ron Grant. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes,
Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes. Motion carried.
Sandy Komisarek nominated Ed Snyder as the Vice Chairperson for the Zoning Board for the calendar year 2006, seconded by Ron Grant. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes. Motion carried.
Discussion was had on the Zoning Board schedule for 2006. Dave Smithers moved to amend the October 2006 meeting date from October 23rd to October 9th, seconded by Ron Grant. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes. Motion carried.

Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes, Ron Grant - Yes. Motion
carried.
Motion was made by Ed Snyder to adjourn
the meeting at 7:37 P.M. and seconded by Dave Smithers. The vote was:

- Yes. Motion carried.
