REGARDING REQUEST TO AMEND EXISTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT -

The hearing was opened by Chairperson Sandy Komisarek at 7:15 P.M. The secretary read the Staff Analysis and copies were distributed to the visitors present. Ed Snyder moved to recommend approval to the Trustees of the amendment to the existing Special Use Permit Ref Z33-C126 with the stipulation that under the Providence Township Fire Department, applicant must modify the site plan to address, with Providence Township Fire Department, comments and said comments and modifications must be available to the Township Trustees at least 7 days prior to any trustee action on this recommendation, and, no further curb cuts as per Lucas County Engineer’s recommendation #2. Second by Dave Smithers. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes. Motion carried.
 
Motion was made by Ed Snyder to close the Public Hearing at 7:30 P.M., seconded by Sandy Komisarek. The vote was: Sandy Komisarek - Yes, Ed Snyder - Yes, Dave Smithers - Yes. Motion carried.
